panic attacks
Yesterday I told my growth group that I have had panic attacks before public speaking. I added that they are connected to my father's not allowing me to make mistakes. He would beat me physically and/or verbally if I made a mistake. In the growth group no one condemned me. It looks like there are people in the world who don't condemn.

Awesome that you shared that. Awesome they didn't condemn you...there ARE people who don't condemn. There are even more who have been in your shoes...but they are still hiding behind the masks. You have opened a door for them. Awesome.
